1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DoorstepHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DoorstepHQ is a business management platform for service professionals. We provide tools for client management, booking, invoicing, and payment processing. Payment processing is handled through Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DoorstepHQ is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payment Processing
DoorstepHQ uses Stripe Connect to facilitate payments between service providers and their clients. A platform fee of 2% is applied to each transaction processed through the platform, in addition to standard Stripe processing fees. Platform fees are subject to change with notice.
5. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages related to bookings, payments, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
6. Subscriptions
The Pro plan is billed monthly at $9.99. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Limitation of Liability
DoorstepHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
