What's new in DoorstepHQ

Starting in August, you'll get a short monthly email with your own numbers — revenue, invoices sent, bookings, and new clients from the month before.

Tapping a link in one of our emails while logged out used to dump you on the dashboard after sign-in. Now you land on the exact page the link pointed to.

Winston (the chat helper) now knows exactly what's on every page of the app and checks your account's live setup before answering — fewer wrong turns, more "it's right there" answers. You can also thumbs-up or thumbs-down his replies now.

The buy-minutes button on the billing page was broken for a stretch — it's fixed, and packages never expire.

Save a client's card on their profile and charge it with one tap when an invoice is due. Recurring jobs can charge automatically — no more chasing payment for weekly visits.

Some clients want paper. You can now mail an invoice as a real printed letter right from the invoice page — buy mail credits in the app and we handle printing and postage.

Addresses the map can't find no longer break your route. You'll see clear indicators and can drop a pin manually so every stop shows up.

When you cancel a recurring job, the next two weeks of visits stay visible so you can change your mind — only the far-future ones are removed.

You can now accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers through DoorstepHQ Payments. Connect from Account → Payments — invoices get a "Pay by card or ACH" button your clients can tap from their phone.

Give each service a default duration and new bookings pre-fill it — less typing every time you schedule.
